A. Information You Provide to Us: When you submit our contact form we collect the information you enter into it: your first and last name, business email address, company name, phone number, the type of request you select, your indicated annual marketing budget, the services you select, how you heard about us, and any message you write. If you contact us directly by email or telephone, we collect the information contained in that correspondence. We do not collect payment information, date of birth, government identifiers, or account passwords through this Website.

Right to appeal. If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response or emailing legal@kwontified.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal”. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days with a written explanation of our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint.
